The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the CBD. The staff were friendly, helpful, and their English was surprisingly good. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the Canton Fair.

The location was decent with underground and mall around that area, although it's a 20-minute walk to the shopping centres in some areas. the room was luxurious with nice linens and adequate bathroom. Staff provided little snacks and slippers were available. the cleaning robot was a cool bonus.

The staff was uninterested in the guests, and the manager was nowhere to be found to help communicate since they spoke little English.
